a TIRED day.

hope i wont feel left out, lOl.
so wanna gym tml! lol.


i felt so great today.
i ate an omelette (tunna n cheese) for breakfast.
veggy yong tau hu w/o carbo and 1/2 cup of soya for lunch.
3/4 bowl of veggy ramen for dinner.

i have 2 mama lemon too for snack!
