am in customer service communication.
he's talking about attitude--> culture--> values and i am disagreeing with him most of the time.

REwarding system is the best???

this, i agreed with him. haha.

but i dun agree with attracting a new customer is harder than retaining one.

i jus rushed back from atrium haa. to attend his class, proceeding to chapter 2.
